ProsPhotos News| 10/1/2012 Wow, a lot of changes are coming to ProsPhotos.com. To help photographers get the word out about their social media sites, we have add the ability to add several popular social media sites to your photography website links. During the course of the next month, we will be integrating these links more into the ProsPhotos.com website. So if you see a link with one of the social media icons, give it a click and support that photographer on their social media sites as well. 9/14/2012 Added ability to add RSS feed to listing. Then the RSS feed is listed in the details page. Also removed the link back requirement on the Free Links. You no longer need to add a link back to ProsPhotos.com on your Photography Website. 8/26/2012 Added the Glossary of Photography terms. If you would like to add a term to this glossary, please use our contact-us form. The term pages have also been setup so that they will show any related terms, as well as 5 photography websites and/or articles that contain the term listed. 7/31/2012 Added the HDR Photography category, and started populating it with HDR Photography Websites and resources. 7/30/2012 Upgraded to version 4.2.2 - Fixed some minor bugs in the PHPLD admin area. 7/20/2012 Added google images to the details page. To see an example, click on one of the link images to the right, or click on a read more link when viewing the directory. 7/6/2012 Upgrades site to lastest version 4.2.1 of PHP LD. I also changed the way thumbnails are handled so we cache them localy, but we use http://www.pagepeeker.com until they have been cached locally on the server. We are also going through and cleaning up the links. Removing dead links, pages the don't load, or pages that go to a ISP or SEO landing page. |
